As the Lead Security Incident Manager within the Cyber Security team, I collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Security Operations teams to manage Cyber Security events, adhering to the NIST Framework. I oversee and enhance the organisation’s Cyber Security response through the Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover framework. Key responsibilities include developing and aligning response and recovery processes to ISO27•••••22, NIST CSF 2.0, and organisational controls.Additionally, I manage governance for both internal and external controls related to Cyber Security Incident Management, ensuring continuous improvement in response to emerging threats. I also lead the Fraud Management function, developing strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, and ensure the implementation of fraud detection systems, analysis of trends, and cross-functional collaboration with law enforcement.
