I’m a senior Business Analyst with a vast experience in in-house and industry initiatives within the OTC Derivatives Trade Management area. I’ve worked in quite a few front to back projects which gives me a good understanding of the overall trade lifecycle and the areas impacted by it. I’ve worked in a number of re-engineering projects which has taught me to think outside the box. I bring my own business line experience, plus project lifecycle work. I worked as a senior test analyst for a number of years, and trained a whole team of analysts in an offshore location. The training took two years which was the period spent recruiting the Quality Assurance team.
