After studying hospitality at college, I soon found my flair, jumping straight in with a role at Quirinale where I have worked my way up to the top. We work with the freshest, local ingredients and the best producers we can find. See, aside from our restaurant, we simply adore traveling- visiting wine producers, exploring their vineyards and understanding how their passion of making wines translates in a glass full of amazing flavours of their land!We aim to bring back that little taste of Italy!
