I handle all aspects of the rental: guest communication, booking management, cleaning coordination, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for every guest.This hands-on experience has strengthened my skills in customer service, organization, and operational management.

I\'m driven by a strong passion for adventure — it\'s what constantly pushes me to step out of my comfort zone and seek new challenges. This mindset led me to spend six months in Australia, where I improved my English and immersed myself in a new culture. Today, this same spirit fuels my ambition to grow professionally in the field of Supply Chain Management.
