Utilize Beeline VMS to manage job posting, candidate submissions, reporting and onboarding. Act as a primary contact for hiring managers and suppliers regarding contingent workforce needs. Track and monitor requistion status, interview progress and onboarding timelines. Support the onboarding process by Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.Build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce operations. Resolve queries from vendors and hiring managers with being professional. Assist with reporting, data accuracy, and continous process improvement.
