Designs and\\\\nimplements a team-results oriented culture, reinforcing collective results over individual results.\\\\n•Supports program to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full\\\\ncompliance on all policies and procedures.\\\\n\\\\n
