I am a Business Development Manager at JRL CLOTHING, a leading brand in the clothing supply chain industry. With 18 years of experience in various roles such as merchandiser, buyer, and product developer, I have gained a deep understanding of the market trends, customer needs, and sustainability challenges in the fashion and textile sector.I am also a certified Image Consultant, who helps individuals and organizations enhance their personal and professional image through effective communication, appearance, and behavior. I have conducted 164 training sessions for over 400 sales staff across five different modules, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. My mission is to create value for my clients and stakeholders by offering creative and sustainable solutions that reduce wastage and increase ROI.
