ABOUT VAIDEHI TAYADE

I am an MBA Finance graduate with a strong interest in investment banking, corporate finance, and fundraising advisory. I enjoy working on live deals, understanding businesses deeply, and supporting founders across the fundraising lifecycle.Currently, I am working as an Investment Banking Intern at RBK Capital, where I contribute to the execution of investment mandates by conducting detailed research and analytical support across investment banking and financial analysis functions. I assist in sourcing and evaluating startups from multiple sectors, working closely with accelerators and incubators to identify scalable and innovative business opportunities.My responsibilities include coordinating investor outreach by engaging with venture capital firms, family offices, angel networks, and other capital providers to align suitable investment opportunities. I also perform market and business analysis, reviewing industry dynamics, growth potential, revenue structures, competitive positioning, and management capabilities.Furthermore, I develop valuation and financial models to assess capital requirements and support informed investment decisions. I am involved in preparing structured, insight-driven pitch presentations for high-growth startups, tailored for private equity investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI). This role has enabled me to strengthen my expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and investment evaluation.
