Global IP Strategy and CXO Advisory: Advise CXOs on complex patent strategies (5G SEPs, Open Source, AI telecom) across India, US, UK, and Europe, translating legal insights into business growth and 250M plus revenue protection2. High Stakes IP Defense and Risk Mitigation: Led preemptive processes to develop IP risk free products (250M annual revenue) and defend against infringement claims (e.g. Toshiba, Philips, and others in UK, EU, India)3. Portfolio Growth and Market Dominance: Built and managed global patent portfolios (OLED, 5G, cloud AI) enabling market leadership in India, Europe, and Japan with 2 to 4 percent margin expansion from strategic licensing4. Licensing and Dispute Resolution: Negotiated multijurisdictional licenses at less than 5 percent of initial demands (7M savings); resolved disputes in UK, US, Taiwan, and India5. IP Policy Advocacy: Contributed to Indian IP policy via DPIIT, CGPDTM, MeitY engagements (Sovereign Patent Fund, IP Policy, Rules, IP Education, and others) as GLIPA IPA Executive Committee member
