Currently working as a Senior Engineer at Indian Metals Ferroalloys, where I am gaining hands-on experience in the ferroalloy production process and enhancing my skills in industrial operations, project management, and quality control.I have previously led high-impact projects across multiple industries, including a feasibility study on cold chain management at Koel Fresh Private Limited in collaboration with UNDP and Bloomberg, which impacted farmers. At Rourkela Steel Plant, I spearheaded a raw material handling project, showcasing my proficiency in industrial processes. During my internship at IREL, I improved siluminate concentration from 88% to 94% by leading a research-driven mineral processing project.In addition to my technical roles, I am actively involved in leadership and mentoring activities. I currently serve as a student mentor and hall representative, guiding first-year students on academic and professional development. I have been recognized for my contributions with accolades such as the Koel Fresh Best Intern Award and a top 4 finish at Formula Bharat 2022.
