Job Description:Maintaining, Designing and Controlling quality strategies-Maintaining the production flow at a consistent level to meet the product charecteristics as per the Quality Management System (QMS). Conducting and monitoring the quality testing parameters in an organised manner and subsequently analysing the same for maintaining the production output. Plan, Co-ordination and Implementation of quality guidelines-Planning for tenable ideas which shall help to overcome the potential flaws involved in a project execution apropos of finished product application. Preparation of effective plans for manpower engagement, documatation, record keeping, intermittent product testing etc. Analyzing and compiling the obtained test results in a comprehensive manner and representating the same to the managment for precise understanding. Evaluating the short falls observed if any during the process of analysis and finding opportunities to address the same by adopting contemporary methods technology, production process, raw material selection and training awarness.
