This resulted in achieving 5 important contracts with different suppliers. The products were purchased 55% less than local market prices and discounts amounting were achieved. • With strong negotiation skills, re-negotiated contracts of various kitchen/ home décor products with five UK based companies. This initiative resulted in achieving discounts for the company. • Introduced Barcoding of SKUs, shelfing and stock-taking of valuable products under optimized conditions under ABC method. This resulted in speedy location of items thus saving valuable time and increased staff efficiency. • To enhance business revenues, sourced laser engraving machine (Gravograph) for personalised/ customised products. This resulted in increased sales from 1900 orders per week to 3100 orders per week. Sales revenues were increased by more than per week. • Acquired E-Commerce/ Inventory Management/ Logistics support software’s including Veeqo/ DMO/ OBA from different firms. It helped to track the shipments/orders, manage large volume of data/ inventory, better time management and increased efficiency. • Explored new avenues of global trade within EU countries through Amazon/ eBay & other sales channels. This activity resulted in increase of average sales of the company by 500 orders per week. Resultantly, sales revenues were increased by per week.
