Growing up in a country different from my ethnicity taught me adaptability, curiosity, and the value of embracing diverse perspectives. That experience continues to shape my career, inspiring me to seek out new challenges, build meaningful connections, and contribute to work that drives positive change.Professionally, I began in business development at a fintech start-up before moving to Germany and working between IT & Bsuiness, where I gained experience in vendor management, contracts, data analysis, and project governance. Today, as a Project Specialist in the PMO(Project Management Office) area, I actively manage projects while supporting portfolio governance and mentoring project managers. With hands-on project leadership experience already, my motivation is to build on my project management experience and manange projects with more complexity while driving value through collaboration, improvement, and impactful delivery across IT and business initiatives.
