I am an aspiring L&D leader with 12 plus years of Business Acumen, hands on L&D strategy,L&D Operations, L&D Administration. With my undying passion in L&D and working with NYSE & FTSE listed global MNCs, resolving Business related challenges through People Management approach has been my expertise.
