Senior Program Manager | Cross Functional ManagementAs Senior Program Manager for the Eastern Europe and Africa region I lead the strategic and operational delivery of a diverse portfolio of international development projects totaling to over $80 millions. My work spans program execution, financial oversight, stakeholder coordination, and internal team leadership—ensuring seamless collaboration between U.S-based and field teams. End-to-End Program ManagementOversee full-cycle project delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and compliance across multiple countries. Lead coordination between operations, business, and field teams to ensure successful execution. Financial Oversight & Budget ManagementManage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. Prepare and submit cost extensions, budget increases, and settlement proposals to clients, ensuring fiscal accountability and donor compliance. Stakeholder Engagement & Internal CollaborationServe as a key liaison between clients, internal departments, and field offices. Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across Contracts, HR, Communications, and Operations teams. Subaward & Partner ManagementOversee subaward negotiations, budgeting, invoicing, and deliverable quality. Ensure partner performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Talent Acquisition & Team DevelopmentLead recruitment and onboarding of project staff and consultants. Develop scopes of work (SOWs), manage schedules, and mentor junior team members to build capacity and maintain delivery excellence. Operational Support & Risk MitigationSupport field operations and serve as a backstop to the Director of Finance and Administration. Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, and business continuity efforts.
