ABOUT ULRIKE PFEIFFER
I started my career as a lawyer specializing in labour law in 2003. Since 2007 I have been working for IBM and quickly figured out that my passion is HR. Different steps such as HR Business Partner and HR Leader led to my current position as Leader Labour Relations DACH. As LR Leader in an international corporation I have knowledge and experience in negotiating works agreements with works councils (WC) at all levels (local WC, central WC, group WC, european WC), negotiating CBAs with unions, restructuring, performance management, M&A projects, management of complex projects and labour law. I am also passionate about leadership, digital transformation, AI related topics. Views are my own.
