ABOUT CHRISTOPHE ULLENS

Under extremely tight deadlines, I have successfully led creative and technical teams and managed resources to deliver projects, both large and small, on time and on budget. I provide the support and project management experience to help people create their products, tell their stories, and take their idea from concept to reality. My experience of 10+ years in the retail industry has given me the production knowledge of leading the creative operations process within the design studio (the in-house creative team). I am in charge of finding efficiencies, optimizing workflows for scale, and finding resources and tools to help keep the creative and production team from creating and not being bogged down with processes. I have helped build the infrastructure for design production for small-scale teams as well as large cross-functional initiatives. With my technical knowledge, I can be the bridge between the external teams and creative teams and translate needs, scope, and execution.
