Information Technology and Manufacturing Systems Director at Lexmark.During the last two decades, I successfully lead teams for implementing and supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), plus other company pillar applications, as well as improvements projects and support teams for those solutions.Currently leading a multidisciplinary group in Mexico, United Stated, and India to enhance the supply chain and manufacturing process towards improving quality, cost, delivery, and safety. This Center of Excellence (CoE) group drives projects that ranges from new products enablement, improvement opportunities detection, standardization, development, up to post implementation support in different locations across the world.Experienced on both, IT and OT controls and cybersecurity making possible the collaboration and alignment of both areas while providing responsibility and accountability to OT areas for regular IT standards compliance. Before this role, I lead operational excellence and material areas, which brings a wider perspective for improvement projects and broader solutions design capabilities.I deeply believe on people development, empowerment, teamwork, while driving successful and on time projects.In Lexmark, during the last 17 years, I have successfully transitioned with five campus General managers and five corporate operations directors.I graduated from Tecnologico de Chihuahua with a Mechanical Engineering degree.
