Review & analysis of daily production plan vs actual.• Make and share dispatch plan to customer & communicate to customer regarding failure or delay, if any. • Make weekly status of plan vs actual production and dispatch.• Give raw material requisition to procurement team to fulfill production need as per production plan to meet demand & schedule of customer.• Represent MIS & MRM data to our top managements.• Production planning of shop floor for the daily & weekly basis day based as per schedule.• Follow ups with vendor & suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.• Co-ordination with concern department for smoothly operation of production.• Give loading plan to logistics & dispatch dept. of material send to other unit for production• Issue SAP production lot card to production as per given plan & material availability.
