I have a background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) with a focus on UX research, usability testing, and tangible interaction design. I hold a master\'s and a bachelor\'s degree in HCI from Simon Fraser University, Canada and Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, respectively. I have 2.3 years of work experience as a UX researcher. I have published my research works at CHI (#1 publication venue for HCI research) and other international venues. As a UX researcher, I am empathetic and curious with an eye for detail. Through a multitude of research methods such as observation and contextual inquiry, I focus on uncovering latent user needs. I am passionate about creative problem solving to deliver actionable insights for addressing users\' needs while fulfilling business goals.
