Lead researcher on several Product teams developing Strategic frameworks for cross-functional teams, collaborated across LOBs to formulate strategic plans and goals- Co-led and collaborated on rapid usability tests, concept evaluations, competitive analyses, in-depth discoveries on foundational findings applied across product groups. Improved usability across platforms- Facilitated several large scale research reports, disseminating findings internally within the Human-Centered Design Research team and externally to Human-Centered Design Practice and Business Collaborators.
