Capability Manager (promoted from Senior Business Analyst July 2021 – March 2023)• Product owner of multiple scrum teams for CMD (a product developed to support contract automation) which generated $17 million of savings over three years and was the product that was key for product development to support the CLM Capital caseo Oversaw twenty-six different releases that produced 114 unique features and remediated seventy-six defects while working in an agile environment. • Led initiatives to improve user experience with our contract lifecycle management tool by correcting 60k deals, remediating 99k entries for contract lines, and 798 incorrect fee schedules. • Presented executive decks to client leadership and internal leadership for product funding and presented on our global town hall in front of 250+ employees.• Worked directly with our organization’s CEO on the CLM, NDB, & Cosmos Triage program to remediate 146K historical & ongoing data discrepancies and made the recommendation to shut off the CLM integration to Cosmos.
