I started the railways as a laborer for Hoffa in 1996 constructing bases for S&t,then on having a PTs ticket I worked for ETI as part of a relay gang changing pads and sleepers to full rail renewals. I had lookout in then worked for board bros as a team leader on cable laying projects where I gained Coss,I then became a ganger on an 8 million pound cable laying project with westernhouse jv,after becoming a m/c c/c.I registered with various agency\'s track safe uk, Coyle rail, henleys plant etc Until 2004. I then worked for railway drainage ltd as an assistant supervisor maintaining track culverts. I gained various roles within the company as a fitter for jd gators, Es, site agent,and assistant to the project manager.(who was new to the railways at the time) Until leaving 2006. Working for renown I Was a railway site manager (rsm) looking after network rail outside parties adhering to Nwr standards and regulations, while working for various agency\'s I\'ve supervised many contracts for Nwr ie: public complaints,litter clearances, asbestos surveys,structures maintenence,drainage and vegetation clearance and enjoyed the responsibility I\'m also worked for bridgeway consulting undertaking possession management duties,at the present time I work for network rail as a team leader for off track/structures and now gained STE3/ST04 Examiner and Construction Manager.
