I work across digital, retail, and creative teams to ensure our brand identity is consistently represented through compelling storytelling, innovative product launches, and sustainability-driven messaging.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement cross-channel brand strategies and campaign frameworks that drive engagement and build brand equity.Lead all campaign briefing, ensuring creative, content, and performance teams are aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.Act as a brand guardian—ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.Manage product launch campaigns from concept to execution, including asset development and global rollout.Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Creative, Content, Product) to align go-to-market efforts across eCommerce and in-store.Champion sustainability storytelling and showcase Tech21’s innovation—highlighting our in-house lab, BioSpice technology, and biodegradable case designs.Deliver creative campaign toolkits, launch calendars, and promotional assets for global distribution.Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed on-brand and on time.Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
