Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on scientific and technical recruiting across the Life Sciences space. I currently lead full cycle hiring for 20+ testing laboratories across the U.S. and Canada within Element Materials Technology’s Life Sciences division, supporting teams in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Food and Beverage, Consumer Products, and Environmental testing. Before joining Element, I recruited for Eurofins Lancaster Labs (March 2020 – December 2021), where I specialized in scientific recruiting across roles such as Scientists, Data Reviewers, Lab Technicians, Scientific Group Leaders, Operations Support, and various leadership positions.Earlier in my career, I worked with Synergy Employment Group in Lebanon as a Branch Manager and Senior Staffing Coordinator. In that role, I led high-volume light industrial recruiting while also managing payroll, client services, advertising, sales, training, and day-to-day branch operations.I bring a practical, relationship-focused approach to talent acquisition—balancing speed, quality, and team fit to build strong, long-term hiring outcomes.
