ABOUT TYLER HOLMES
Tyler Holmes has spent the last several years in various roles on rule of law projects. Currently he works in project management for the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, managing a portfolio of projects in Angola and the Central African Republic (including as acting country director in Bangui). From 2018 to 2021, he worked with the Malawi Police Service on matters of legal compliance, especially in pretrial detention of suspects and proper treatment of children for Irish Rule of Law in Lilongwe. Holmes volunteered with the Southern Africa Litigation Centre before working in Malawi and was a trial attorney in the Kansas City, Missouri area. He is particularly interested in strategic litigation, criminal justice reform, and international trade and commerce.
