Previously worked with Dr.Crosby to teach a Mini course at Texas A&M for Dr. Yalvac\'s section of MASC 320, “Inquiries in Physical Science”. This mini course taught future educators project based learning through the use of Lego Robotics. Throughout the course, I was required to assist Dr.Crosby, ensuring all students kept up and understood the content, as well as create my own lesson for the second week. My class was designed to introduce education majors to the engineering design process, foundational robotics concepts, and essential programming principles, ensuring a clear understanding of foundational concepts and their applications in educational settings. On top of that, I helped equip future educators with essential teaching strategies and resources for integrating robotics and programming concepts into their curricula, enhancing their capability to acquire and integrate engineering technology into their future classrooms effectively.Currently working on the Oakwood Robotics Outreach Initiative, where engineering students teach robotics to an underserved Title 1 school. Throughout my time in this initiative, I changed the working culture and program to include First Lego League, a competitive robotics competition that highlights creativity and the engineering design process. Rather then having students follow instructions, various missions are created that students can achieve in different ways, while being supported more individually.Throughout this initiative I crafted articulate, personalized lesson plans and objectives to prepare students for the First Lego League Robotics Competition. I also communicate effectively with students, staff and parents to coordinate events, times, registration and requirements. Lastly I Organize and Execute Oakwood\'s yearly STEM Night, managing logistics, awards, graphic design, media outreach and preparation.
