ABOUT TYASIA CANNON
I’m a college senior hoping to delve into the world of medicine, science, and sociology. I’m interested in health education and policy, and specifically how early and continuous education on health risk factors improves the health of marginalized communities. I’m also interested in the role of service in treating uninsured, at-risk populations. Much of my activities are geared towards connecting with students of marginalized backgrounds, volunteering for important causes, educating at-risk youth, and creating music.
