I’m the Senior Manager for the Core Data Group at Klaviyo, leading the teams responsible for Events, Profiles, Catalog & Coupons, Custom Objects as well as Subscriptions & Consent. Our work powers the operational side of Klaviyo’s data platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and flexibility for our customers.I started my tenure at Klaviyo as an engineer on the Flows team before becoming the technical owner for Catalogs, Coupons, and Custom Objects. In this role as TPO I also found a passion for people management and I transitioned into leadership, where I now focus on building strong product minded teams that tackle complex scaling challenges. I love seeing solving intricate customer problems and designing resilient, high-throughput architectures.Before Klaviyo, I was the first employee at Quorum Analytics, where I helped scale the company over 3.5 years (from 3 total to 50+) without raising a round.Technical Specialties: • Distributed Systems & Scalability – Designing reliable, high-throughput architectures • Backend Engineering – Expertise in Django, Python, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes • Team Leadership & Growth – Coaching engineers, iteration with product, driving technical strategy, and fostering innovationOutside of work, you’ll likely find me cycling, swimming, or skiing—or assembling IKEA furniture, which I like to think of as another form of system design.
