ABOUT TWINKLE MULANI

With more than four years of HR experience, and graduating soon from Northeastern University, I am seeking full time opportunities in the United States. I have worked across diverse industries, from game development to corporate and biotech firms, giving me experience in hiring for different roles, from creative to technical. I am passionate about building a people-centric workplace culture. Areas of Expertise-Talent Acquisition-Employee Engagement-HR operations-HR Generalist-Human Resources Business PartnerAt Northeastern, I am deepening my expertise in US Labor laws, Performance management systems, Organizational design, Strategic Workforce Planning, and Workforce Analytics. I have completed my Co-op as an HR Intern at Organogenesis Inc. I assisted HRBP with tasks like exit interviews, which included preparing benefit letter of COBRA information, sending surveys, and handling the process till the end. I also assisted with Talent Acquisition, and Wellness events at the company. I designed an Onboarding presentation, documenting all the key processes of HR department. While working at GOQii Technologies, I gained experience recruiting for Management and Technical roles. I also contributed to hiring care coordinators for the SkinQo program of GOQii in collaboration with Pfizer for Atopic Dermatitis patients across India. I am eager to leverage my HR skills to contribute to a dynamic organization. I would like to build a positive work culture, use my expertise to hire top talent and create innovative employee engagement activities.
