ABOUT TUSHAR TIWARI

Mr. Tushar Tiwari is a Research Scholar (Ph.D.) at IIT Kharagpur and a Teaching Assistant in several courses like Frugal Engineering, Engineering Design Process, Technology Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking Lab & Product Analytics and Modelling Lab at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. He was a teaching assistant for the esteemed NPTEL online course ‘Product Engineering and Design Thinking’ by Dr. Pranab K. Dan (IIT Kharagpur) and Dr. Prabir Sarkar (IIT Ropar). He has presented his work at prestigious International conferences, IDEAS 2022 in Brazil as a Springer Book chapter, a noteworthy National and International conferences organized by the AIMTDR_2023 at IIT BHU, ICMRE 2024 International conference on Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering at Milan, Italy as Xplore publication, AHFE 2024 International Conference of Huamn Factor and Ergonomics at NICE, France as an AHFE book proceedings, LoDiSA 2024 International workshop of Digital Technology and Automation at Cambridge, UK as IET Conference Proceedings, IDEAS 2024 Innovative Design for Excellence Affordability and Sustainability at IIT Roorkee. He also published his work in reputed book chapters and International Journals like, IGI Global Publishing, Progress Journal, IJRAMR, IJDR, IJERT, and IJISET.He takes pride in his ability to captivate audiences and students with his guidance and Teaching skills. With a commanding presence and a knack for intense engagement, he has honed his talent as a skilled public speaker and incorporates his diverse experiences into his classroom pedagogy.Over the years, he has hosted numerous academic programs and workshops beyond research and academics. These exposures have allowed him to showcase his communicative and event management prowess and have provided great opportunities to bring people together and create memorable experiences. Effective team-based communication and interpersonal management come naturally to him, as he efficiently coordinates and guides his team members to achieve collective success.Amidst his busy schedule, he finds solace and inspiration in sports activities. It is a cherished passion that allows him to express his deepest emotions and connect with others profoundly. He currently works in the healthcare and medical device sector, filling him with excitement and fulfilment.
