Preparing Monthly & Quarterly production plan & planning the production & dispatch activity on day to day basis. Planning the overall operations for best possible utilization of resources and optimising the manufacturing and supporting processes in the plant and ensuring work instruction process adherence. Responsible for Zero Accidents, OEE, Continuous Improvement, IPPM, RPPM, Process Audits, Customer Audits, Lean Projects, Dispatch. Lead and support implementation of Lean manufacturing processes for continuous improvement like 5S, Cellular Manufacturing, Kaizen, Model Machine, JIT. Preparing Plant budget requirements for investment, costs and expenses based on forecast. Running the daily production meeting and communicating the production status to the Managing Director and identifying the critical issues that need additional support. Driving the improvement activities in press shop & weld shop for improvement of quality & productivity. Leading the QA Team for continual improvement of quality through effective implementation of countermeasures for customer complaints & internal rejections.
