Assemble portable medical, respiratory, and anesthetic equipment following GMP, ISO 13485, and internal SOPs. • Follow detailed written instructions to perform Level 3 functional and in-circuit testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies • Perform functional testing according to part-specific, pre-established test procedures. • Develop and optimize custom test jigs, fixtures, and calibration tools to support product lifecycle and manufacturing engineering. • Conduct troubleshooting and tuning using test hardware, fixtures, and diagnostic software. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identify root causes, and support corrective actions. • Conduct incoming quality checks, fault evaluation, and preventative maintenance for returned and serviced equipment. • Work cross-functionally with manufacturing engineering, R&D, and testing teams to drive process improvements. • Perform semi-annual and annual calibration and verification of test jigs, supporting quality and manufacturing standards. • Configure and troubleshoot serial communication interfaces (e.g, UART, RS-232/RS-485) for medical devices • Monitor, capture, and validate medical device data logs • Parse, analyze, and interpret device data using Python • Conduct electrical safety testing in compliance with medical device safety standards • Perform ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) testing and evaluation • Measure and analyze leakage current and grounding continuity • Execute HIPOT (dielectric strength) testing • Carry out electrical load and performance testing • Perform precise multimeter measurements and electrical diagnostics • Inspect and evaluate soldering quality and workmanship • Conduct load burn-in testing to ensure product reliability and durability • Document test results and ensure regulatory compliance
