ESG & Sustainability – Leading ESG initiatives with a focus on regulatory compliance, resource conservation, and sustainable operations. Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis: Leading investigations into safety incidents, conducting RCA, CAPA, and continuous safety improvement programs. Training & Organizational Safety Culture: Conducting EHS training, behavioral-based safety programs, and leadership engagement to strengthen a zero-harm workplace culture. Audits & Compliance Assurance: Managing ISO 45001 audits, regulatory inspections, and internal/external safety audits to maintain 100% compliance. Key Achievements & Impact: Successfully transformed EHS culture at HARSCO Rail, India, improving compliance and operational safety. Spearheaded compliance with OSHA, US Guidelines and company corporate guidelines, ensuring operational excellence.I am committed to safety excellence, operational sustainability, and building a proactive safety culture at HARSCO Rail, India.
