While utilizing my 20+ years of electronic experience I serve as a liaison between customers and our executive team. I have performed all aspects from building to installation of our products, including but not limited to CNC Machining, product assembly, product testing, installation, installation training, field operation testing, customer training of products in a classroom setting. As a Field Service Technician IV I manage a crew of up to 25 people per job site. I am responsible for the entire installation of products from writing configuration files to signing off on final testing protocols. To date I maintain a 0 onsite injury log. My area of expertise is aftermarket electronics for the bus, train, safety, and personal auto.
