As the Programmes Manager at Embercombe, I am responsible for managing the homegrown programmes, such as The Journey, The Hearth, and The Twin Trail, as well as developing new programmes. My role involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders and networking with potential partners to promote and grow our offerings.Specifically, my responsibilities include:Managing the existing homegrown programmes, ensuring they are running smoothly and meeting the needs of our participantsDeveloping new programmes in alignment with the Embercombe mission and values, based on market research and participant feedbackCollaborating with internal teams and external partners to design, promote and execute programmesEnsuring that all programmes are delivered to a high standard, meeting participant expectations and delivering impactManaging the venue hire process, including bookings, site visits, contracts, and invoicingDeveloping and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including participants, alumni, partner organizations, and supportersI am dedicated to creating and delivering high-quality programmes that promote personal growth, environmental sustainability, and social change.
