A leader in senior living and home health care services, Fellowship Square - Historic Mesa counsels seniors and their family members every day on how to create a lifestyle that not only reduces barriers to living independently, but adds quality and value to each day. Services include dining, housekeeping, security, home health, transportation and activities. We also offer transitional support for changing needs including Assisted Living in our Oasis community and Memory Care in our Reflections community. As Marketing Director, I am responsible for the development and execution of the annual marketing plan beginning with effective lead generation. I also guide the leasing team as they convert leads and facilitate move-in\'s. I oversee front office operations to ensure a positive customer experience. Also responsible for events, activities, improvements, fundraising and other programs as they contribute to happy residents and retention. In addition, I lead the family caregiver support group and related education/outreach.One of the best parts of my job is when I witness a prospective resident or family member in the moment they realize that their life is about to get a lot better.
