Selected for the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme based on my idea for SafeShift, a mobile tool designed to help community-based carers feel more prepared before unfamiliar shifts. Since joining, I’ve expanded the concept beyond shift prep, exploring ways to support carers in the in-between, including ideas like rest spaces, ride-sharing, and more. I’m using the programme to shape the idea through real-world feedback, early trials (including a pilot), and support from other entrepreneurs, clinicians, and mentors.
