Review, analyze and evaluate business needs and develop requirements that are consistent with overall business and IT strategies.· Meet with Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to elicit business needs using elicitation techniques such as document analysis, interviews, and surveys.· Create and maintain detailed Business Requirements documents (BRD) and functional requirements document (FRD) documentation based on stakeholder needs.· Participate in all software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases/activities including planning, requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance.· Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) with stakeholders identifying defects/bugs and recommend the best alternative to resolve those problems.· Utilize AGILE Scrum methodology to develop software by participating in Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.· Convert business requirements into user stories, epics, features and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.· Develop dashboard to track team velocity, backlog health and sprint progress improving data-driven decision making and reducing project cycle time by 20%.· Create workflow charts and diagrams using LucidChart and MS Visio to give stakeholders a visual representation of requirements and system processes.· Gain in depth understanding of current legacy (AS IS) processes and future (TO BE) processes to develop an improved application that increases business value.· Develop Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to keep track of the requirements, use cases and test cases.· Develop test plans and cases based on project requirements and systems specifications.· Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify issues and bugs and report to the development team for resolution.· Create training guides and documentation on how to use the system.
