By developing a centralized technology process, I not only addressed long-term operational problems, but also increased customer confidence in product delivery. I Identified growth and innovation necessary to save time and money. One way that I did this was pitch and implement an ingenious in-house propriety solution for approval processes. Ultimately, I significantly brought down the cost per transaction and approval process time.
