Supervise 15 Security personnel daily. • Monitor and report to Director of Security operation and maintenance of 45+ outside and inside cameras using Network Client Ink software.• Supervise daily functionality of 28 elevators and monitor via CCTV stairwells and exits for clearance. • Conduct various maintenance and repairs of all related equipment with regards to the Fire command station. • Supervise and conduct Bi- Annual Fire Drills/ Emergency Action Plan Drills.• Report to the fire command center and act as a liaison with responding to emergency situations and do the following: Receive status reports from area floor wardens. Provide information about the building layout, systems, means of egress, and special hazards to facilities services. • Coordinates and accompanies regulatory inspections pertaining to fire and life safety systems including FDNY building inspections• Assigns, supervises, and trains all Deputy Fire Safety Directors, Building Evacuation Supervisors, Fire Brigade, Floor Fire Wardens, Deputy Floor Fire Wardens, Building Searchers, and other staff as needed.• Routinely assesses the effectiveness of all fire safety and occupational safety programs to identify new performance goals, strategies, and metric.• Monitor fire command station in lobby. Secure and provide customer service for 2,500 tenants and average of 350 guests and direct them to the proper companies using Workspeed MDS 3.0 and Building Engine Property Management software.• Develops and implements departmental policies, procedures and training programs to ensure the protection of all company assets as wells as the safety and welfare of guests and team members.
