The cloud has opened many opportunities. I\'ve been helping many organizations learn how to leverage the cloud and align cloud with business and IT organizations goals and objectives. I\'ve specialized in creating and operating Cloud Center of Excellence teams and implementing a cloud operating model. The solution brings many IT frameworks (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO, and more) and blending them into a proprietary cloud operating model. Cloud technology is a great tool, but it can also cause major issues if not implemented properly. Organizations must look at all the key IT enablers: culture, people, skills, services, infrastructure, applications, processes, organization structure, principles, policies, procedures, and information. Operational excellence is achieved with the IT organization finds the right blend of people, processes, and tools. That\'s where I excel. I\'ve built multiple programs which guide organizations down the path to operational excellence using a custom-built service offering.
