I’m a Senior Consultant in AI & Analytics, passionate about using data and technology to solve real problems and make a meaningful impact. In my current role, I help organizations turn complex data challenges into opportunities through creative, AI-driven solutions. I’m also the Go-to-Market Lead for Generative AI in the Quebec sector, where I focus on identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and helping clients understand how AI can drive real business value.I recently earned my Master of Management Analytics from Queen’s University (Class of 2024), where I strengthened my analytical and problem-solving skills and learned how to connect data insights with strategic decision-making.Before that, I specialized in Workforce Management solutions as a module lead for Oracle HCM Cloud. I’m an Oracle-certified implementation professional and was honored to receive IBM’s Q4 2022 Service Excellence Award for my work supporting a major public sector project.Beyond my consulting work, I’m deeply committed to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. From 2021 to 2023, I co-led IBM’s African Caribbean Networking Group (ACNG), a 200-member community focused on uplifting Black professionals across Canada. Leading initiatives that created space, connection, and visibility for others was one of the most rewarding chapters of my journey so far.
