Embedded within the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program as a trusted performance advisor to elite tactical operators.Key Contributions:Elite Operator Mental Performance Training – Design and deliver individual and group training in advanced cognitive performance domains, including adaptive thinking, emotional regulation under fire, perceptual acuity, accelerated learning protocols, and tactical human engagement strategies for high-consequence operational environments.Evidence-to-Action Translation – Systematically review peer-reviewed sport and performance psychology literature, translating academic research into field-tested mental performance protocols covering goal architecture, performance profiling, combat visualization, and cognitive skills maintenance across complete deployment cycles.Strategic Subject Matter Expertise – Advise Human Performance Program leadership on cutting-edge applications of mental performance and exercise psychology science, ensuring program alignment with evolving operational requirements and maintaining competitive advantage for SOF.Integrated Care Model Collaboration – Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, physical therapists, strength coaches, nutritionists, and operational command to deliver holistic human performance solutions across the SOF enterprise.Research & Continuous Improvement – Conduct systematic literature reviews, support research initiatives, and drive innovation in mental performance service delivery, ensuring programs remain at the leading edge of performance psychology scienceEnvironment: SOF | TS/SCI Clearance Required | High-Stakes Performance Psychology
