ABOUT TREVOR LEE
Trevor has over 30 years\' experience as a Learning & Development Specialist. Prior to forming TjLeeAssociates Management Training & Consultancy Services, he gained considerable experience within PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, one of the ‘Big Four’ Management Consultancy houses as a Senior Consultant, within their Performance Improvement Consulting Group. He has over 25 years\' of career coaching & training a wide range of public and private sector clients across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. He has designed & delivered major change management development programmes to the large oil & gas industries within the Gulf States (GCC) and has several years experience working with the leading financial institutions of Oman. Trevor was involved in the delivery of a transformation change piece with a major Omani Bank. This work spanned 14 months from design to delivery and evaluation of a Senior Management and Leadership programme for Bank Sohar of Oman. Trevor is experienced across several sectors in executive coaching.
