I have over 6.5 years of experience working in single-family residential land development. I am currently a Manager of Land Planning and Entitlements, managing land projects through the entitlement process to achieve scheduled milestones for the recording of plats, obtaining development permits and agreements, and managing the completion of subdivision improvement plans.Recently, I also helped fulfill the responsibilities of Land Development Project Manager, a role in which I facilitate the goals of PulteGroup by working closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure successful construction of residential subdivisions before passing the project off to our home building team.Previously, I worked as a project manager at Colliers Engineering and Design where I helped lead a design team to deliver plans, plats, and permits to a variety of clients in single-family and commercial developments.My competencies include: Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow Express, Hydraflow Storm Sewers, HEC-HMS, and Microsoft Excel.
