As a Division Chief of Planning at the City of Indianapolis, I lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing strategic plans for public safety. With over 21 years of experience as a firefighter, I have a deep understanding of emergency management and response. I am also an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University Indianapolis, where I teach a graduate course on Public Safety in the United States. I hold a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and an Executive Fire Officer certification from FEMA USFA National Fire Academy. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Marian University Indianapolis. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to improve public safety and emergency preparedness in my community.
