As the VP, Branch Leader for the Reston, VA, Investor Center for Fidelity Investments, I have the opportunity to lead a team of highly talented financial planners who strive to provide the best experience through holistic planning and guidance to Fidelity\'s clients. My goal is to create an empowering and inspiring environment for my associates to achieve their long-term personal and professional goals. Only through this can Fidelity strive to be an industry leader in client satisfaction and helping them reach their personal dreams. The following core principles have allowed our associates to flourish and we continuously work to provide the best work everyday:1. Always put the customer first in everything we do. We do this by understanding our clients needs, being warm and approachable, not give a feeling of being sold to, put concepts in terms we all understand and having a conversation that is worth their time.2. We strive to build high performing and empowered teams by sharing our ideas together and seeking feedback from clients and peers to better ourselves.3. Help our clients develop long-term financial plans that are followed through by the financial planner.I have spent my entire career with Fidelity and couldn\'t be happier with the decision. I have been blessed with an abundance of mentors who have helped guide me along my path and I owe much of my success to them, my teams and luck.
