Work with accounting and real estate teams to remedy immediate issues around the office. These included items such as troubleshooting hardware/network items, managing the admin roles within Yardi and Microsoft, and working with the internal teams to improve company’s tech stack through BI tools and cloud storage. Manage third party IT team, making sure our employees have their IT issues solved quickly and effectively. This included writing tickets to the IT support group, sitting on calls about IT strategy with them, and working with them to gather evidence for quarterly audits. Work with Yardi support teams daily to ensure items such as updates to the system were timely and done correctly without interfering with our existing data, implementing new items such as a Tax/Insurance module to make our Yardi experience more efficient, and performing audits with them on user activity within the system. Oversee updates to workflow/processes between teams at the company. Running data exercises with different teams to see how efficient they are in capturing data and where we as a company can fix items such as double capturing data, inefficiently storing data and where communication between teams could be improved. Create custom reports out of Yardi that are then provided to users to gain better insights to the data being captured in our accounting system. Also connected the SQL database we\'ve established to Tableau so that we as a company can visualize the data from Yardi. Administer our Salesforce environment by provisioning new users, updating flows and adding new fields to the system. Also established a back up system to protect Salesforce data and utilize Tableau to visualize the data being captured within Salesforce.
