ABOUT TRAVIS GLENDENNING

Experienced the real estate business my whole life, with family being in the profession for over 35 years. Now with 15 years personal experience and achievements in the business, I bring expertise to assist you in all your real estate needs. Graduated with his Bachelors degree in Advertising and a minor in Business Management from Washington State University. This education and background in advertising truly gives an advantage when marketing the sale of your home or property. Licensed managing broker, which is very different from the majority of people in the real estate business, which are only licensed brokers. To achieve the managing brokers license, an individual has to be a full time real estate agent for a consecutive three years and return to school for 90 credit hours, along with passing a series of exams. This license gives me three times the state-required education that a typical agent would have. In 15 years, I have acted as an advocate for clients in transactions totaling over $150 million in real estate sales. Am experienced in all aspects of real estate including existing homes, vacant land, commercial property, and preliminary approved sub divisions.
